the best smoothie bowls on the planet

Ok... I know that's a bold statement, so hear me out. Eduardo's Beach Shack (located at J.E. Irausquin Blvd 87, Noord, Aruba) is the perfect beach side breakfast if you are lucky enough to spend some time in Aruba. They have colorful smoothie bowls, delicious smoothies and juices, and amazing vegan breakfast options. If you are staying on Palm Beach, or honestly anywhere on the island, I would recommend Eduardo's.

So let me backtrack a little bit. I have been to Aruba three times, staying on a different part of the island each time. Our next door neighbor was born and raised in Venezuela, so Aruba was her local beach growing up. They have been gracious enough to show us the best places on the island. After my sister and I "discovered" Eduardo's during our second trip to the island, we couldn't stop going back. I am a foodie, but my sister is the pickiest eater I know, and we both never struggle to find things that make us happy.

So let me get back to talking about how much I love Eduardo's. Not only is the food amazing, but the location can't be beat. It is located right on the beach, off a pathway that passes every hotel on Palm Beach. Located next to the Hyatt, it is easily accessible for anyone staying on Palm Beach as well as anyone staying somewhere else on the island. My sister and I both love the Mermaid bowl, and my little brother loves the Nutella one. I have also gotten the avo toast (10/10 would get it again) and a few of the smoothies. So whether you want some waffles (yes, they have amazing waffles too) or a smoothie, Eduardo's is a must do if you are visiting Aruba.
